having to permit the crossing of two other vehicles would be reduced to less than 6 m<strong>et</strong>res;<br />

on one way roadways, when the width of the free passage would be reduced to less than 3<br />

m<strong>et</strong>res;<br />

d) on and un<strong>de</strong>r bridges and tunnels, except for local regulation;<br />

e) at less than 10 m<strong>et</strong>res from the nearest prolongation of a transversal way, except for local<br />

regulation, as well as in the space <strong>de</strong>lineated by the prolongation of the two bor<strong>de</strong>rs of such a<br />

way;<br />

f) on the roadway , in a curve or near the summit of a coast, when visibility is not ensured in<br />

both directions, at less than 20 m<strong>et</strong>res in suburbs and at less than 100 m<strong>et</strong>res outsi<strong>de</strong> suburbs;<br />

g) at less than 20 m<strong>et</strong>res from a road sign post or a traffic light;<br />

h) on the roadways where the traffic moves in both directions, where overtaking a vehicle at<br />

stop would involve crossing a continuous longitudinal mark;<br />

i) in areas having the appropriate prohibition signals.<br />

3. Parking a vehicle is forbid<strong>de</strong>n:<br />

a) in front of entrances and exits of public passages;<br />

b) during opening hours, in front of entrances and exits of public parks, schools, and cinema<br />

halls;<br />

c) in front of entrances accessible to roadsi<strong>de</strong> properties, except vehicles of which the<br />

registration is legibly reproduced at this access;<br />

d) at any place where the vehicle would prevent access to parking places established out of the<br />

roadway;<br />

e) at places where pe<strong>de</strong>strians must walk on the roadway to pass round an obstacle;<br />

f) at less than 1 m<strong>et</strong>res either before or behind another vehicle at stop or in parking and at any<br />

place where the vehicle would prevent access to another vehicle regularly parked or its<br />

movement;<br />

g) at less than 15 m<strong>et</strong>res on both si<strong>de</strong>s of a signal showing a stop for a vehicle of a regular<br />

service of public transport;<br />

h) at less than 50 m<strong>et</strong>res on both si<strong>de</strong>s of the signal n°E1,or E9 bis, showing an area. reserved to<br />

the stop and parking of vehicles assigned to paid transport of people except vehicles of public<br />

services in public transport;<br />

i ) on the roadway, at places where it is parted into traffic bands materialised by continuous<br />

marks;<br />

j ) on the roadway along a discontinuous line of yellow colour provi<strong>de</strong>d for by Article 110; 8, of<br />

this Decree;<br />

k) on the central roadway, of a public way having three traffic bands;<br />

1) out of suburbs, on the roadway of a public way shown as having priority by the signal n° B,3;<br />

m) when the width of free passage to the roadway would be reduced to less than 3 m<strong>et</strong>res;<br />

n) at less than 1 m<strong>et</strong>re on both si<strong>de</strong>s of a fire hydrant;<br />

o) in areas where passage of rall carriages would be held up;<br />

p) at passages comprising appropriate prohibition signals.<br />

Article 34:<br />

Vehicle parking is forbid<strong>de</strong>n in areas where it is imposed by sign posts: n° C, 20a or C, 20b.<br />
