The RPS-80 supplies 80 kW and can return up to 80 kW to mains for an S1<br />

duty cycle. For an S6-40% duty cycle it supplies 104 kW and can return<br />

104 kW to mains.<br />

The RPS-75 supplies 75 kW and can return up to 75 kW to mains for an S1<br />

duty cycle. For an S6-40% duty cycle it supplies 97 kW and can return 97<br />

kW to mains.<br />

The RPS-45 supplies 45 kW and can return up to 45 kW to mains for an S1<br />

duty cycle. For an S6-40% duty cycle it supplies 59 kW and can return 59<br />

kW to mains.<br />

The RPS-20 supplies 20 kW and can return up to 20 kW to mains for an S1<br />

duty cycle. For an S6-40% duty cycle it supplies 26 kW and can return 26<br />

kW to mains.<br />

INFORMATION. They all integrate an auxiliary 24 V DC, 8 A power<br />

supply to feed its own control circuits and those of the modular drives<br />

connected to them. Consequently, they will not require the auxiliary power<br />

supply APS-24 to perform this function unless more than 8 A are required.<br />

NOTE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION<br />

Before installing an RPS power supply when using non-FAGOR motors, remember<br />

that:<br />

MANDATORY.<br />

Any element that will be part of the drive-motor system powered by an RPS<br />

must meet the isolation requirements described in EN 61800-5-1.<br />

• All the components connected to the intermediate circuit must run permanently<br />

on a voltage higher than 625 V in the intermediate circuit.<br />

• If the motor temperature sensor is a KTY type, it must also meet the requirements<br />

described in EN 61800-5-1.<br />

RECOMMENDATION.<br />

Configure the RPS power supply with the minimum bus voltage to satisfactorily<br />

meet the features required by the system.<br />
