Income is found to be anunimportant determinant of mode choice. McCafferty <strong>and</strong> Hall (1982) analyze <strong>the</strong>choice to travel in Hamilton, Ontario. Journey time is shown to be an insignificant factorin <strong>the</strong> individual's choice of time to travel. Button et al.
