During the symposium'Marine and Freshwater ToxinsAnalysis' held in Baiona, Spain lastyear, we reported that following i.p.injection of PSP the mice showed atendency to die more quickly wheninjected in the morning compared tothose injected in the afternoon.Recently, we found the samephenomenon when okadaic acid(OA) was injected in mice. That is,mice injected with OA tended to diemore quickly when injected in themorning than when injected in theafternoon. Further, the death timefollowing injection of OA, wassignificantly different (p12µM-N.
