Comprehensive and comparative analysis shows that RAEE requirements set for Bachelor<br />

competencies <strong>in</strong> the area of eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g and technologies meet the requirements of the<br />

IEA Graduate Attributes and Professional Competencies. The requirements set for Bachelor,<br />

Master and Specialist competencies are compatible with the EUR-ACE Framework<br />

Standards for Accreditation of Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g Programmes.<br />

The new RAEE accreditation requirements will be applied to the Bachelor’s, Master’s and<br />

Specialist’s eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g programmes developed by Russian HEIs based on new Federal<br />

<strong>Education</strong>al Standards.
