Further steps<br />

Based on this first draft of competences rubric, the follow<strong>in</strong>g step is to contrast it with the<br />

recent just f<strong>in</strong>ished project team works. By do<strong>in</strong>g this, the <strong>in</strong>structors will be able to get an<br />

overall picture of each student <strong>in</strong>dividual performance dur<strong>in</strong>g the course, not only<br />

regard<strong>in</strong>g the technical and theoretical aspects of the subject but the improvement level<br />

when consider<strong>in</strong>g key personal competences.<br />

Feedback of the experience will be essential <strong>in</strong> order to improve, adjust and develop future<br />

<strong>in</strong>itiatives based on this model. Indeed, auto-evaluation and evaluation between students<br />

techniques could be put <strong>in</strong> practice <strong>in</strong> order to re<strong>in</strong>force other key competences. In this<br />

sense, project subject, developed under this new approach, opens a broader field <strong>in</strong> which<br />

<strong>in</strong>novative experiences can be implemented and assessed.<br />
