The generation of help<strong>in</strong>g tools for questionnaires is a widespread idea throughout the<br />

educational community (Itkonen, 2006). Nevertheless, and despite the existence of simple<br />

solutions for the forms generations, no one of them has got a system to automate easily<br />

the creation of questions and answers arrays. The ma<strong>in</strong> contribution of the presented<br />

work is to provide an automatic method of generation of large number of questions us<strong>in</strong>g<br />

standard tools and without the need of us<strong>in</strong>g more complex applications. It is also<br />

proposed a method of storage and manage the questions, which aga<strong>in</strong>, us<strong>in</strong>g common tools<br />

that can be undertaken quickly and easily. In this way, eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g students have a<br />

sufficiently large number of application exercises which allow carry<strong>in</strong>g out, accord<strong>in</strong>g to<br />

their own necessities, the consolidation of acquired knowledge and self-assessment of<br />

their learn<strong>in</strong>g without compromis<strong>in</strong>g the time required for teach<strong>in</strong>g of theoretical content.<br />

In addition to the use of guided repetition as a teach<strong>in</strong>g technique, the high number of<br />

questions provides a tool to prevent, reduce and even elim<strong>in</strong>ate cheat<strong>in</strong>g (Jeschofnig,<br />

<strong>2011</strong>). F<strong>in</strong>ally it should be remarked that proposed methodology has been implemented at<br />

ETSI Aeronautics <strong>in</strong> Polytechnic University s<strong>in</strong>ce last year. Although it is premature to<br />

make an assessment, impressions received from students and teachers <strong>in</strong>volved have been<br />

very positive.<br />
