AN KARA- Turkey's deputy prime minister
Murat Karaya]çm on Tuesday warned that there

The conference, called "History of Kurdistan," has

Chernishev's guarantees, Deputv Minister for
Na~iona!ities and Regional Pol~tical Affairs Vladimir
Shlmshlrov attended the meetmg and delivered the
opening speech. After Shimshirov, a spokesman for the
PKK, who identified himself as "Karnran Hasan from
northern Kurdistan," opened the confç,rence and read
out a letter from PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan.

tried in accordance with personal values instead
of legal principles.
Karayalçm also gibed at the Motherland
Party (ANAP) and branded its election policies
