GENEVA - Swiss officials on<br />
FridaX <strong>de</strong>scribed as "wholly ina<strong>de</strong>quate'<br />
France's explanation for its<br />
<strong>de</strong>cision to expel to Tehran two<br />
Iranians wanted on mur<strong>de</strong>r charges<br />
in Switzerland.<br />
In an unusually vehement reaction,<br />
the Swissjustice minister, Arnold<br />
Koller, expressed "anger and<br />
disappointment:' at France's <strong>de</strong>cision<br />
to send thé suspects, Mohsen<br />
Sharif Esfahani and Ahmed Taheri,<br />
home "<strong>de</strong>spite a formal promise<br />
of extradition to Switzerland."<br />
The two Iranians, arrested at<br />
Befn's request in <strong>Paris</strong> in 1992,<br />
were wanted by Switzerland for the<br />
1990 mur<strong>de</strong>r in Geneva of an Iranian<br />
dissi<strong>de</strong>nt, Kazem Rajavi. Mr.<br />
Rajavi was the brother of MlISSOUd<br />
Rajavi, who heads the Iranian opposition<br />
group Mujahidin Khalq,<br />
