duygu, düşünce, tavır ve tutumlarla örülür. Toplumda, birbiriyle
etkileşimde bulunan birçok sosyal sistem vardır. Bu
sosyal sistemler içinde en temel olanı, toplumun düşünce,
değer yargı ve inançları bütünü olarak tanımlanan kültürdür
(Yumlu 1990: 27). Bütün sistemlerin merkezinde yer
alan kültür, bilgiye dayanan, kuramsal ve açıklayıcı bir rol
üstlenir. Aynı zamanda da tüm temel yönelmeleri ve alt
sistemleri birleştirir (Öğüt Eker 2000: 93-94).
Algılamayla ilgili önceden var olan tecrübelerimiz, sonraki
algılamaların daha kısa sürede kabullenilmesini sağlar.
İnsanın duygu ve düşüncelerinin harekete geçmesi, yaşadığı
toplumda duyduğu ihtiyaçlarla paralellik arz eder.
Semboller aracılığıyla bilince yansıyan anlamlar, kültürlere
