The first layer specifies the transport mechanism such as HTTP and<br />

FTP for this specific object and acts like a wrapper <strong>to</strong> the BizTalk<br />

document. A BizTalk message always contains a primary BizTalk<br />

document. This document defines the semantics of the message within<br />

the BizTalk Framework and it is actually a SOAP 1.1 message, i.e., it<br />

contains an optional header element and a manda<strong>to</strong>ry body element.<br />

The information for the recipient of the message is contained in the<br />

body of the message and can be any business document, such as a<br />

purchase order and request for quote.<br />
