SeeBeyond's integration solution is based on message bus architecture.
The SeeBeyond eBusiness Integration Suite consists of the following
components (see Figure 9.13):
e*Gate Integrator — an integration platform based on component-based
network centric bus.
e*Xchange Partner Manager — a tool for trading partner relationship
management that speeds up the whole process of new partner creation,
maintenance of existing partner relationship and profile management for
personalization. It offers secured connectivity for a wide range of
communication protocols.
e*Index — enables the identification of unique customers across all
internal disparate applications. It enables the sharing of customer data
across all applications by creating a cross-index of a local identifier
assigned by each application to the same customer.
e*Insight Business Process Manager — a BPM solution bundled with
the integration suite, which enables design, execution and real-time
monitoring of a company's internal and external business processes. It
also includes a decent reporting tool.
