COURSE SEQUENCE<br />

ODEV 675 may be taken only after all other core courses are completed. It may be scheduled<br />

with an elective, but it may not be taken with any other core course.<br />

ACADEMIC POLICIES<br />

The section GRADUATE ACADEMIC POLICIES applies to all graduate students, whether<br />

degree or non-degree, enrolled in the McColl School <strong>of</strong> Business except for those enrolled in<br />

the Executive MBA program.<br />

Coaching Certificate Program<br />

The coaching certificate is a graduate program designed for the individual who already holds a<br />

baccalaureate, masters or doctoral degree. The certificate is available to those seeking to<br />

develop knowledge, skills and abilities in coaching either as a non-degree program <strong>of</strong> study,<br />

or in conjunction with a masters degree at <strong>Queens</strong>.<br />

Degree candidates in a masters program at <strong>Queens</strong> should contact the McColl Graduate<br />

Admissions Office for information about completing the Coaching Certificate.<br />

Individuals who wish to complete only the Coaching Certificate should apply to the McColl<br />

School <strong>of</strong> Business as non-degree graduate students.<br />

Non-Degree Graduate Admission<br />

In order to be considered for admission as a non-degree student in the coaching certificate<br />

program, an applicant must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and<br />

have five years <strong>of</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>essional work experience.<br />

An applicant must submit:<br />

• a completed graduate application form, including all essays.<br />

• a resume<br />

• <strong>of</strong>ficial transcript(s) <strong>of</strong> all previous academic work beyond high school.<br />
