The national campaign for voluntary counsell<strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> test<strong>in</strong>g (VCT) has resulted <strong>in</strong> a steep <strong>in</strong>crease<br />

<strong>in</strong> the proportion of people who hav e taken HIV tests, compared to 2003/4 (Figure 29).<br />
