ABSTRACT
The article deal about use of supply logistics for the optimization of inventories in the
company ComElix. Based on the utilization of knowledge to solve the problem of
optimization stock buffer stocks proposed actions arising from our analysis. In dealing
with insurance stocks we used calculations of variances and coefficient of guarantee
which allow the company to ensure maintenance of the continuity of the production
process and reduce costs.
