BSC – BALANCED SCORECARD IN TRANSPORT COMPANY

ABSTRACT
The balanced scorecard is a system of combining financial and non-financial measures
of performance in one single scorecard. The popular form of this card includes
performance measures from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business
processes, and learning and growth (innovation). It focuses on the link between
business processes and decisions and results.
