(2) Chief Warrant Officer (CWO3)
(a) Sleeve/shoulder board--One ½” gold stripe with two
blue breaks.
(b) Collar device--Silver bar with two blue breaks.
(3) Chief Warrant Officer (CWO4)
(a) Sleeve/shoulder board--One ½” gold stripe with one
blue break.
(b) Collar device--Silver bar with three blue breaks.
(4) Chief Warrant Officer (CWO5)
(a) Sleeve/shoulder board--One ½” gold stripe with 1/8"
blue stripe and one blue break.
