(1) Up to $10,000 per year to cover tuition, fees, and books.<br />

(2) Full <strong>Navy</strong> pay and benefits, and advancement opportunities.<br />

(1) Citizens of the U.S.<br />

(2) Of good moral character and have no record of disciplinary<br />

action within three years prior to application.<br />
