PORTABLE AND FIXED FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS
There are many different types of firefighting systems and extinguishers
aboard U.S. Navy ships. The types of firefighting equipment will vary
according to the different classes of ships. Sailors should be familiar
with the major Navy fire extinguishing systems to protect themselves, their
shipmates, and their ship.
