(1) <strong>The</strong> <strong>Navy</strong> prohibits tattoos, body art, and brands:<br />

(a) On the head, face, neck, scalp and arms below the<br />

elbow.<br />

(b) That are prejudicial to good: order, discipline, and<br />

moral.<br />

(c) That bring discredit to the <strong>Navy</strong>.<br />

(2) Examples of prohibited tattoos, body art, and brands<br />
