3. Navy Leave and Liberty Benefits
a. Leave

1 Provides money to attend educational institutions
on a voluntary, off duty basis.
2 Pays up to _________% of tuition and expenses.
(1) Definition--Authorized absence from one's place of duty for
an extended period of time, with pay and allowances.
(2) Types of leave
(a) Earned leave--Leave you have _________ (“on the
