Firefighters work in hazardous environments of toxic vapors, combustible<br />

gases, and smoke. You will use the self-contained breathing apparatus<br />

(SCBA) as protection from these hazards. You will wear an SCBA in the<br />

Firefighting Laboratory when extinguishing fires.<br />
