FAMILY PLANNING AND CARE POLICIES
The Navy’s policies governing pregnancy and family care responsibilities are
vital to ensure readiness and mission accomplishment. This lesson describes
personal responsibilities in planning for a family, policies for pregnant
servicewomen, and care for family members in respect to single parents or in
cases where both parents are in the military.
