or <strong>Navy</strong> Reserve.<br />

(4) Be able to complete a nursing degree and be commissioned<br />

(5) Have completed at least three years of active service.<br />

(6) Be high school graduates or GED holders, and scholastically<br />

qualified.<br />

(7) Be physically qualified.<br />

(8) Be recommended by their <strong>Command</strong>ing Officer.<br />

9. Medical Service Corps In-service Procurement Program (MSC IPP)<br />

a. Provides a pathway to officer commissions for active duty<br />

enlisted personnel who meet eligibility criteria for either:<br />

(1) Health Care Administration<br />

(2) Physician Assistant<br />

b. Personnel with qualifying degrees will receive ____________ to<br />

the Medical Service Corps.<br />

c. Enlisted service members who want to earn a qualifying graduate<br />

degree may go to ____________ full-time while receiving their pay<br />

and benefits; however, students pay for their own tuition, fees,<br />
