that require large quantities of AFFF because of additional<br />

outlets for:<br />

7. Portable Inline Eductor (Portable AFFF System)<br />

a. Purpose--Inline ____________ is used in a portable AFFF system to<br />

mix AFFF concentrate with seawater.<br />

b. A flexible pick-up tube assembly is inserted into a can of AFFF<br />

concentrate.<br />

c. Seawater, supplied by a P-100 pump or the firemain system, passes<br />

through the eductor and causes suction in the pickup tube which<br />

draws AFFF concentrate from a 5-gallon can.<br />
