harassment policies to their personnel<br />

(2) Assess the level of equal opportunity within their command.<br />

(3) Manage equal opportunity-related issues.<br />

b. <strong>The</strong> CMEO manager assists the commanding officer by:<br />

(1) Overseeing the resolution of equal opportunity/sexual<br />

harassment problems<br />

(2) Assesses the command's equal opportunity climate by<br />

examining factors such as:<br />

(a) Morale<br />

(b) Teamwork<br />

(c) Communication<br />

c. <strong>Command</strong> EO assessments may be accomplished by:<br />

(1) Group and/or individual interviews<br />

(2) Observations<br />
