A young man loses the woman he loves. In rev<strong>en</strong>ge, he decides to<br />
change the world. Unattainable love gives him the power to break<br />
all the rules, but ultimately kills him. People loved him, but he didn’t<br />
love them back. Later, they said he was not guilty at all. Born to a<br />
doctor’s family, Savonarola carries 3000 signs of greatness on his<br />
body. Instead of leading the wonderful life he is destined to live,<br />
he dies. The angelic girl he falls in love with – a daughter of the<br />
rich Medici family – is not allowed to see him, because he is not<br />
her equal. In rev<strong>en</strong>ge, Savonarola commits himself to cleansing<br />
society. Unrequited love gives m<strong>en</strong> illusions of power. People loved<br />
Savonarola, but he didn’t love the people and as a result, was burnt<br />
at the stake.<br />
Un jeune homme perd la femme qu’il aime. Pour se v<strong>en</strong>ger il<br />
décide de changer le monde. L’amour inaccessible lui donne la<br />
force de violer toutes les lois et d’aller sur le bûcher. <strong>Le</strong>s g<strong>en</strong>s l’ont<br />
aimé, mais il ne les aimait pas. Ensuite ils ont dit qu’il n’était pas<br />
coupable du tout... Savonarola, fils d’un docteur, porte 3000 signes<br />
de grandeur sur son corps et aurait dû m<strong>en</strong>er une vie magnifique,<br />
mais il meurt sur le bûcher. La jeune fille angélique qu’il aime, la<br />
fille de la riche famille des Médicis, n’a pas la permission de le<br />
r<strong>en</strong>contrer, parce qu’il n’est pas son égal. Dans Savonarola naît<br />
alors une flamme de justice. C’est une flamme qui peut brûler le<br />
mal et quelquefois soi-même aussi. Pour se v<strong>en</strong>ger Savonarola se<br />
dévoue pour purifier la société.
