Mention légale<br />
Le présent manuel prend en considération la situation juridique et <strong>les</strong> débats politiques<br />
jusqu'à fin février 2011. Il est prévu <strong>de</strong> le mettre à jour régulièrement.<br />
Les propositions <strong>de</strong> solutions exposées dans le présent manuel sont conformes à l'opinion<br />
juridique <strong>de</strong>s services et organisations impliquées dans la rédaction dudit manuel. Celui-ci<br />
prend également en compte <strong>les</strong> décisions du Tribunal administratif cantonal et <strong>les</strong> arrêts du<br />
Tribunal fédéral.<br />
La Direction <strong>de</strong> la <strong>police</strong> et <strong>de</strong>s affaires militaires ne saurait toutefois garantir que <strong>les</strong><br />
solutions proposées dans ce manuel résistent, dans le cas particulier, à un examen<br />
judiciaire.<br />
