Bereich folgenden Fall 52 :
„This is a very big secret I would like to tell you now. […] Most of the steering committee members,
if not all… the only exception to my knowledge is the chairman (…) but the majority of them
are in the habit of harassing the workers to give them money at the time of receiving payments,
salary. For each one single time we come here to collect our salary you will see a line of them behind
us waiting […] for us to part with our 5 000 Le to give it to them. […] When you expose
these secrets and they know that it is you, who has exposed it, they will fire me. They will engineer
all sorts of mechanism to ensure that I will be fired. It is going on and it is affecting us and we

Eine andere Mitarbeiterin, die derartige Fälle untersuchte, meinte lakonisch: „You can not get a
100% clean system […] It is still going on, but at a rate that won’t kill the system“ (IntKS 16). Es

ich dem Interviewpartner hohe Glaubwürdigkeit. Ein weiterer Interviewpartner (IntX2) wich aus und es war offensichtlich,
dass diesem die Situation sichtlich unangenehm war, in meiner Interpretation aus Angst um seinen Job, den
er mit der Preisgabe von Informationen womöglich gefährdet sah.
