People Type 1458 Denbighshire County Council - Planning Policy (Martha Savage) [1843] 1 Support Summary HMOs will be controlled with a policy resisting their development in the County. This may have the effect of displacing HMOs to other local authorities. Denbighshire are proposing an HMO policy which will prevent the creation of HMOs in the County. It is therefore considered that this policy will not negatively impact upon Denbighshire. 7 Mr William Bagnall [23] 1 Object Summary HOU/9- Concern over the increase in 1 bedroom appartments concentrated in the centre of Colwyn Bay. There is little or no parking available. These are now being proposed for offices and store rooms above shops along Abergele Road and Penrhyn Rd. There is little control over the disposal of rubbish.
