Summary Through section 1.6, BP11 will need to ensure sufficient information is provided to demonstrate that allocations with the potential to have likely significant<br />

effects on European and international sites have been fully appraised. The 'in-combination' test is not clear and should be included to demonstrate that the<br />

Plan is compliant with the Regulations. Cross referencing between documents and policies needs to be improved. All elements of the LDP should be<br />

assessed. Where it has not been possible to carry out an assessment of a specific LDP component now, clear justification as to why a future assessment is<br />

being proposed.<br />
