Summary Through section 1.6, BP11 will need to ensure sufficient information is provided to demonstrate that allocations with the potential to have likely significant
effects on European and international sites have been fully appraised. The 'in-combination' test is not clear and should be included to demonstrate that the
Plan is compliant with the Regulations. Cross referencing between documents and policies needs to be improved. All elements of the LDP should be
assessed. Where it has not been possible to carry out an assessment of a specific LDP component now, clear justification as to why a future assessment is
being proposed.
