The site is at flood risk and there are also problems experienced here due to a high water table. After detailed discussions, it would appear that a solution can be found through the construction of a suitable drainage system and the use of concrete burial chambers. A trial to monitor the drainage here is planned and we understand further discussions may take place once this trial is complete.
