Summary Ainscough Johnson supoprt the general emphasis of the policy, however, we have some concern with the supporting text on page 54 which refers to the<br />

"development constraints within Dolgarrog" and "development will be limited". This implies that the council and the LDP will not encourage larger scale<br />

development proposals within Dolgarrog which is at odds with Proposals Map 6 and Policy EMP/4 of the LDP which allocate the site as a mixed use site.<br />

Change Sought: The suporting text to Policy DP/2 be amended to recognise the redevelopment potential of the former aluminium factory and its ability to deliver land for<br />

employment, housing, tourism and leisure uses over the plan period and beyond. This would be consistent with Policy EMP/4 of the LDP<br />
