People Type 14128 Home Builders Federation Ltd (Mr Richard Price) [1934] 1 Object Summary We do not understand the reason for Policy DP/8. It attempts to make a point that the council will accept development that results from Masterplans and Community Appraisals, which does not seem to be necessary. It is also not appropriate to have policies within the LDP stipulating the use of other plans and strategies. Essentially the plans and strategies referred to above are a form of supplementary planning guidance. In order to support this, paragraph 5.2 of LDP Wales clearly sets out the type of document that can be described as SPG.
