Summary CCW has serious concerns about elements of this paragraph and consider that it is contrary to national policy and international legislation, and contrary to
test of Soundness C2.
Clarification is required within the plan (and to CCW), where management agreements are required and what they are intended to achieve. For example are
they intended to be mitigation measures for adverse impacts caused by future development at identified allocations?
Additionally, Natura 2000 sites are designated for their high biodiversity value. Landscaping proposals will not be appropriate where they conflict with the
features and integrity of the designated site.
