Summary CCW has serious concerns about elements of this paragraph and consider that it is contrary to national policy and international legislation, and contrary to<br />

test of Soundness C2.<br />

Clarification is required within the plan (and to CCW), where management agreements are required and what they are intended to achieve. For example are<br />

they intended to be mitigation measures for adverse impacts caused by future development at identified allocations?<br />

Additionally, Natura 2000 sites are designated for their high biodiversity value. Landscaping proposals will not be appropriate where they conflict with the<br />
