People Type 1 Support It is grade 3 agricultural land extensively used for fairs, caravan rallies, the parking of traction engines, lorries, buses and cars during major events in the town and therefore cannot support habitats of species of plants, mammals and birds. The site does not contain any landscape features and there are no plans to carry out landscaping on the site. The land is not affected by flooding or erosion. It is not used for Emergency Planning.
