SECTION ONE - INTRODUCTION 1.6 Habitat Directive Assessment Rep No Name People Type 22552 Countryside Council for Wales (Mr Richard Ninnes) [1948] 1 Object Summary Through section 1.6, BP11 will need to ensure sufficient information is provided to demonstrate that allocations with the potential to have likely significant effects on European and international sites have been fully appraised. The 'in-combination' test is not clear and should be included to demonstrate that the Plan is compliant with the Regulations. Cross referencing between documents and policies needs to be improved. All elements of the LDP should be assessed. Where it has not been possible to carry out an assessment of a specific LDP component now, clear justification as to why a future assessment is being proposed. SECTION ONE - INTRODUCTION 1.8 Collaborative Working with Neighbouring Councils Rep No Name People Type 22392 Denbighshire County Council - Planning Policy (Ms Angela Loftus) [5171] 1 Object Summary Although there is a section relating to collaborative working with neighbouring Council's, there is no reference in the document to the proposed Key Strategic <strong>Site</strong> at Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire. Given the scale of this major mixed-use site proposed in close proximity to the Conwy CBC border it would be beneficial for cross-boundary impacts and opportunities for joint-working to be considered within the Revised Deposit LDP.
