1.2 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
Section 23 00 00 AIR SUPPLY, DISTRIBUTION, AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS applies to
work specified in this section.
1.3 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Provide noncombustible thermal-insulation system materials, as defined by
NFPA 220. Adhesives, coatings, sealants, facings, jackets, and thermalinsulation
materials, except cellular elastomers, with a flame-spread
classification (FSC) of 25 or less , and a smoke-developed classification
(SDC) of 50 or less . Determine these maximum values in accordance with
