Summary Comments:
On 1/26/2012 Charles D. Bingham and Clifford Meins, Representatives of Micro-Methods Laboratory Inc. performed a limited asbestos inspection of building 2801 at
Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi to comply with MS DEQ and NESHAP regulations for renovation. Suspect asbestos materials were sampled from the interior of
the building and analyzed for asbestos content. The following is a summary of the findings.
Findings:
Asbestos in amounts greater than 1% was identified in the flooring materials in rooms 1, 1A, 1B, 4, 4A, 9, 9A, 9B, 9C, 10, 10A, and the ladies restroom.
No other asbestos containing materials were identified at the time of this inspection.
