LIST ModeSMIQSTEPEXT-SINGLEEXT-STEPHOPOFFStep-by-step manual processing of the list. Activating STEP stops a list running andthe cursor wraps to the indication value of CURRENT INDEX. The polarity of the active trigger edge can beset in the UTILITIES - AUX I/O - EXT TRIG SLOPE menu.This output supplies a signal (0 V/5 V) to blank the settling process by meansof pulse modulation or AM. The signal can also be used to synchronize otherinstruments. The polarity of the signal can be set in the UTILITIES - AUX I/O -BLANK POLARITY menu.1125.5555.03 2.402 E-9
SMIQLIST ModeMARKER At the first step of the LIST mode, this output provides an approx. 200 µstrigger signal immediately after blanking. At small DWELL times, this signalcan be used for an accurate synchronization to trigger other devices andshows the first stable output frequency.
