UtilitiesSMIQCalibration VCO SUMTo synchronize the summing loop, the frequency the oscillator generates must be so close to the ratedfrequency that the phase control can lock in. This is effected by means of presetting values. Thepresetting values are stored in a table and can be renewed using internal calibration routine VCO SUM.The calibration routine needs only be executed after a data loss in the RAM or after an exchange ofmodules.Menu selection:UTILITIES - CALIB - VCO SUMFREQ 100. 000 000 0 MHz LEVEL - 30.0 dBmFREQUENCYLEVELANALOG MODVECTOR MODDIGITAL MODDIGITAL STDLF OUTPUTSWEEPLISTMEM SEQUTILITIESSYSTEMREF OSCPHASEPROTECTCALIBDIAGTESTMOD KEYAUX I/OBEEPERINSTALLALLVCO SUMVECTOR MODLEV PRESETOSC REFLEVELALC TABLELEV ATTCALIBRATEVIEW00010002000300040005000600070008750.0 MHz760.0 MHz770.0 MHz780.0 MHz790.0 MHz800.0 MHz810.0 MHz820.0 MHz-22mV-24mV-25mV-26mV-27mV-28mV-29mV-30mV8810812714716718720721722222222Fig. 2-262Menu UTILITIES - CALIB - VCO SUMCALIBRATETriggers the calibration for the VCO summing loop.IEC/IEEE-bus command :CAL:VSUM?VIEWIndication of the list of correction values. The cursor wraps to index 1 of the list.
