El lote tratado con 50 mg/kg/día de mebendazol en dispersión sólida por el contrario, mostró una diferencia clara en la tasa de inmunocomplejos detectados respecto al lote control, con Indices situados en niveles no valorables como específicos en el sistema utilizado (Indices del orden de 1,5 durante toda la experiencia). Puede afirmarse que el tratamiento, en este caso,
desaparición casi inmediata de la circulación. En nuestras condiciones ex- perimentales, no se alcanzó el dintel de detección del ensayo para inmunocomplejos específicos circulantes, en el caso de mebendazol comercial — Lomper- en carboximetilcelulosa y en el caso de mebendazol en dispersión sólida a 50 mg/kg/día. Estos resultados coinciden con los obtenidos por AGUI<strong>LA</strong> y col. (1.987, b) en ratón y con los de CUEL<strong>LA</strong>R y col- (1.990, b) en conejo, donde el tratamiento con mebendazol (Lomper) supone la negativización inmediata de la tasa de inmunocomplejos. BARSOUI-.1 y col. (1.990) también encuentran un fenómeno similar en la esquistosomosis murina tras el tratamiento con praziquantel, no detectando tras el mismo antígeno circulante mediante el método TLL.I.SA.. 504
