c) Number of batches through mixer, source of water, water cement
ratio;
d) Testing of cubes and results;
e) Dates of erection of work passing of formwork and striking of
formwork.
5.30.4 Mode of Measurement
All concrete shall be measured net to the nearest centimeter subject to
the following:
a) Thickness of slabs, partitions etc. and sectional dimensions in
case of posts, columns, beams and the raft shall be measured to
the nearest half centimeter. Measurement shall be as per
drawing.
b) No deductions or additions shall be made on any account for
following.
i) For ends of dissimilar materials (for e.g. joints, beams,
posts, girders, rafter, purlins, steps, corbels, upto 500 sq.,
each in section)
ii) Openings upto 0.1 sq.metre each:
iii) Joints of any kind (plain, rebated, locking tongue and
groove etc.)
iv) Small linear labours including, mouldings, chamfering,
splays, rounded or curved angles, beds, grooves and
rebates upto 10cm. width or 15cm in girth.
v) Wall plates, the volume occupied by wall plates and the
like upto 10 cm deep.
vi) Incidental labor (e.g. stops, metres, returns, rounded
ends, junctions, dishings) in connection with liner or super
labour)
