Ahora <strong>la</strong> producción per cápita muestra que históricamente <strong>la</strong> producción<br />
del trigo en estos términos es igualmente osci<strong>la</strong>toria, en <strong>la</strong> década de los ochenta<br />
alcanza los mayores niveles de crecimiento y recientemente desde 1990 esta<br />
producción tiene una tendencia a decrecer, ver cuadro 15 y gráfica 10.<br />
