listless. The GP diagnoses an upper RTI and<br />

prescribes antibiotics, increased fluid intake and<br />

paracetomol. The nurse writes into the care plan:<br />

Note and report any further pyrexia.<br />

Give prescribed medication for 48hrs and record<br />

effect.<br />

Record temp.<br />

Use a fan or tepid sponge where appropriate.<br />
