Functional deficiencies regarding the family and the juvenile delinquency 271- The vital marriage is based on the empathetic relationship, essential fortheir life. The satisfaction feeling is felt only in the presence of the partner, theirrelation being considered important and vital, without loosing their own identity.- The type of marriage based on the total relationship has, moreover than thevital one, a mutual and normal distribution of all the problems they concern with.The presentation of the five typological marital models allows us tounderstand the great diversity of the marriage couples. Besides the familial stilethey choose to adopt, it is important the parental model they offer, consideringthe sensibility and the receptivity of the children. Their co-participation atdisputes, misunderstandings, aggressiveness and violence are totally unfavorablefor them.The main consequence of the tense marital relationships is thedevaluation of the parental model, the imitative learning of some noxious,diverged behaviors for the further evolution of the child, his/her contrary state ofmind, his frustration can take the most critical forms: the running away fromhome and the vagabondage.The researches made on the family showed that, through organizationand the educational model offered by the parents, the fundamental influence ison the youth’s socialization and moral integration level. The poverty, thematerial frustration, the unemployment, the extended social insecurity are factorsthat endanger, on a long term, the destiny of a family, confusing or aggravatingthe already fragile familial relationships, with distant, trans-generationalconsequences.The existence of some disorders concerning the organization of thefamilial life, gradually leads to the dissolution of the family, to the diminishingof its social contribution and to the appearance of some bad manifestations andhabits. These families show a deficit regarding the educational stile, havingthemselves adaptation and social integration problems. These families offernegative models, which they induce to their children, resulting the assuming bythe children of some disordered behaviors (smoking, alcohol and drugsconsumption, stealing).FUNCTIONAL DEFICIENCIES REGARDING THE FAMILY AND THE JUVENILEDELINQUENCY(Abstract)The familial factors involved in the socialization of the minors and young people constitutea primary cause in order to determine the delinquency with the help of the educational requests fromthe family, which favor the maladaptation and the disadaptation of the young people. We presentsome familial educational climate typologies which affect the evolution of the youth.The way the parents understand each other matters for the harmonious development ofthe youth. The divergence in opinions between the parents, regarding the disciplinary methods andthe educational punishments, confuse and unbalance the children in understanding and respect thediscipline and the rules
