On Sunday, the 21 st of April, under the presidency of Mauro Ferri, theHonoured Presidence of the Italian Constitutional Court, it took place theclosure, dedicated to the bicentenary of Giuseppe Garibaldi’s birth. There werepresented works by Romano Ugolini, Vice president of the Institute for theHistory of the Risorgimento, Garibaldi and the Roman people; Dan Berindei,Vice president of the Romanian Academy, Garibaldi and the Romanians;Francesco Guida, from the University “Roma Tre”, Garibaldi and Greece;Vladislav Grosul, from the Academy of Russian studies of Moscow, Garibaldiand Russia; Anna Modigliani, from the University of Tuscia from Viterbo, TheRoman people in the conscience and activity of the tribune Cola di Rienzo.The conclusions of the 27 th International Seminary of Historic Studies,From Rome to the third Rome, were presented by the two co organizers of theseminary, famous personalities of the University “La Sapienza” of Rome,Pierangelo Catalano, professor of Roman law and Paolo Siniscalco, honouredprofessor of Christian history.381Oana Andreia Sâmbrian
