Some features of the English Legal System 339- the wages level depends both on the market conditions and on otherfactors (the ancientness, the professional preparation etc.);- a more equal education system, where the professional intermediarylevels dispose of a good formation;- the powerful syndicate movement, economically and sociallyresponsible;- the collectivity assumes the responsibility in the resolving of some ofthe individual’s problems;- a high economic security degree of the population towards risks(disease, unemployment, familial disequilibrium) assured by the publiccollectivities;- numerous middle class (75% at the E.U. level);- high social protection degree through pensions and familial allocations.The Asian model has its main pillar of this type of economy in Chinaand it is based upon two main pillars: the economic growth and the socialcohesion, excluding almost entirely the politic freedom (pluralism). If weconsider the inclinations towards dirigisme and interventionism and also tomono- party and authoritative system the models specific to Japan, South Koreaand Asian Tigers are close to the characteristics of the Chinese model. It is amodel of economy that through special efforts wants to reach the occidentaleconomies. It is based on a lot of work, constant learning and continualinnovation, it is a socialist model that practices the decision control of resourcesand politic freedoms, it is a model of the socialist market economics that valuesthe priority of society’s interest against the individual interests, politically leadedinterests. In report to the exterior it is found in reorganisation, passing step bystep from the conditioned and controlled incomings and outgoings to liberalisedoutgoings and restricted and controlled incomings.At present time the Asian model surprises the world through the “Asianmiracle”, that is the speed of the evolution towards performance, but remaining,for the time being, exclusively at the regional level, being conditioned by thenatural resources and the geographic limits. For now, the global impact isrelatively small, both because of the way of working and living of the populationand to the way of functioning of the religions in this part of the world.It is based on cheep work and cheep drawn capital, which confers highlimits of development and spectacular solutions, through drawing huge capitalsfrom abroad which by commands directed by the international finances can leadto disequilibrium and bankruptcies.Significant efforts are made for the generalisation of the free marketfeatures however without the politic liberalism, with negative effects on theentrepreneurial spirit and the free initiative. It is a model in an initial transitionprocess, which means the economical liberalisation, certain political andreligious concessions. It is based a lot on the foreign capital infusion whichgenerates impulses in the capitalisation of the natural and work resources.
