Similarly, airline flight schedules may need tobe cascaded over additional days to accommodate extra overnight stays. It iscritical to set the departure dates and times carefully to reflect what<strong>Travel$ense</strong> normally would do if connected to the reservation system. For thisreason alone, it is generally inadvisable to input airline flights manually.Click on “OK” when done. <strong>Travel$ense</strong> will check basic validity and inform youof any missing information. The only way to leave this screen is to fill outcomplete information and click on “OK,” or to click on “Cancel.”Upon returning to the main Comparable Airline Trip tab, your flights will beshown in the displays, with the flight number listed as User Input. You shouldnow click on “Edit Fare” and input a fare type (F/Y/Lowest) and a fare tocomplete the input process. For more information see, Edit Airline Fares onpage 88.Deleting a FlightSelect the flight in the display grid by clicking in the far-left column. The flightrow should be highlighted and inset. Press the delete key to remove the flight.You will need to replace this flight or alter existing flights to schedule each legproperly.
