TRAVEL$ENSEBilling Code ProfilesBilling codes (a.k.a. chargeback codes or accounting codes) are optional within<strong>Travel$ense</strong>. If you wish to analyze a single trip or any number of trips on thebasis of billing codes used within your company, you first need to input thesecodes into the profiles database. Like the other seven profiles in <strong>Travel$ense</strong>,the screen has a display grid at the top with key details. The upper display isused only to select a billing code. The individual boxes on the lower part of thedisplay are where changes or new inputs are made. The list can be navigatedusing the cursor up/down arrow keys, the page up/page down keys, or themouse.55To add a billing code, click on the “Add” button. A new blank entry is created.Input the unique billing code (one to twenty characters or numbers) and thenan optional cost center and description.To finish adding a billing code, you can click on the top button, which now says“Save.” Alternately, you can click on the upper display or click on “Done” if youare ready to leave the screen. To cancel the add process, press the “Delete”button.To finish any changes you make to an existing billing code, simply click onanother billing code in the upper display or click on “Done.”To import billing code profiles click on the “Import” button.
